Return Policy

Germaine® Laboratories, Inc. Damaged Goods Policy is as follows:

  • Products damaged in transit or damaged by packing errors must be filed with Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of damaged goods.  All product returns must be authorized by Germaine Laboratories, Inc. prior to return. Germaine Laboratories, Inc. will replace all damaged goods at no charge providing the above policy has been followed. 

Germaine® Laboratories, Inc. Vendor Error Policy is as follows:

  • Products received in error must be reported to Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of goods.  All product returns must be authorized by Germaine Laboratories, Inc. prior to return. Germaine Laboratories, Inc. will correct all vendor errors to the satisfaction of the client providing the above policy has been followed.

Germaine® Laboratories, Inc. Proof of Delivery Policy is as follows:

  • Requests for Proof of Delivery must be made within 60 days.  Contact the Customer Service Department with this request.

Germaine® Laboratories, Inc. Product Return Policy is as follows:

  • All product returns must be authorized by Germaine Laboratories, Inc. prior to return.  Products not returnable include expired or short dated products, opened products, and products improperly handled or stored.
